Dr. Tim Johnson, Dr. Kara Durick Johnson & Assoc. is your neighborhood eye doctor located at 12771 Riverdale Blvd. Your Coon Rapids eyecare center offers genuine eye care where your eye health and wellness is our primary focus. Annual eye exams are a recommended cornerstone for ensuring the health of your eyes. In addition to checking for changes in your vision and updating your prescription, we will also look at your overall eye health, internally and externally. Dr. Erika Januschka is dedicated to providing personalized and comprehensive eye care solutions for a wide range of conditions. In addition to routine eye care, she routinely sees patients for diabetic eye exams, cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eye, corneal abrasions and foreign bodies. Dr. Januschka also has a passion for providing care for underserved populations and has participated in Onesight clinics in China, Mexico and Montana.

Dr. Shannon Koenders
Dr Shannon Koenders grew up in Sioux Falls, SD. Following optometry school, she completed a residency program in pediatric optometry, vision therapy, and neurorehabilitation and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr Koenders serves as a Clinical Director for the Special Olympics Opening Eyes program in Minnesota and has served on optometry missions in Mexico. Her special interests include working with kids and patients with intellectual disabilities, and she strives to provide quality eye care to every person she sees. Dr. Koenders and her husband live in Elk River and enjoy spending time with friends and family, biking, gardening, and playing with their dogs.
